Massacre é uma banda brasileira formada em meados dos anos 85 na cidade de Limeira/SP, por dois grandes amigos, Edson Moraes e Tony "V8". Durante esse período a banda se apresentou no Brasil ao lado de grandes nomes como Korzus, Vulcano, Overdose e Ratos de Porão.
Por motivo imprevisto a banda se retirou do cenário underground e ficou assim durante 15 anos, ainda que Edson e Tony “V8” nunca ficaram longe do metal. Após anos, decidiram que era hora de acordar a Besta e mais uma vez andar na terra, continuando a disseminar o Vírus Metal e fazer os Headbangers baterem suas cabeças.

O estilo da banda continua o mesmo, uma mistura de Thrash com Death Metal, com vocais afiados e grotescos, e riffs matadores, todos influenciados pelos grandes nomes do Metal tais como Judas Priest, Motorhead, Kreator, Slayer e Morbid Angel. Da formação original só Edson e Tony "V8" continuam, e nesta nova fase 2 novos Metalheads foram recrutados pela banda, sendo eles Alexandre Sebok (Guitarra) e Celsão Fernandes (Baixo e Backing Vocal).
Com o regresso do Massacre, chega também um Promo CD intitulado “Scream For Your Life”, contendo 4 faixas sendo elas: Like a Dreams Come True, Scream, Curse the Gods e Ripper.
A banda em breve lançará um Debut CD com 10 faixas prontas para esmagar cérebros, enquanto isso continua fazendo shows para divulgar seu material e o que sempre fez de melhor, espalhar o Vírus Metal e chutar a bunda de quem curte o “sistema”.

Massacre is a brazilian band formed in the early 85’s from the town of Limeira in Sao Paulo’s state not far from the capital São Paulo City, by the two close friends Edson Moraes and Tony “V8”. During this time the band played lots of live shows in Brazil, amongst them some featuring big names such as Korzus, Vulcano, Overdose and Ratos se Porão.
For some unforeseen reason the band had to call it a day and stayed that way for the next fifteen years, albeit Edson and Tony”V8” never stayed away from metal scene and after all these years they decided it was time to wake the beast up and once again walk the earth and carry on with they once started, spread the metal virus and make them pay, bang the head that does not bang. After all these years the band style remains the same, a mix of Thrash and Death with sharp and grotesque vocals and killer riffs, all influenced by the great ones, Judas Priest, Motorhead, Kreator, Slayer and Morbid Angel.
From the original line up only Edson and Tony”V8” remains, two more metalheads, Alex Sebok (Lead Guitar) and Celsão Fernandes (Bass Guitar & Backing Vocals) were added to deliver the onslaught.
With Massacre’s return also comes a Demo CD entitled Scream For Your Life with four tracks as follow: Like a Dreams Come True, Scream, Curse the Gods and Ripper.
